Racetrack Roulette

Introduction

Racetrack Roulette is a single zero roulette that consists of 36 numbers plus 0. The game is based on French Roulette with exactly the same rules and game logic.

The differences between Racetrack Roulette and other roulette types are the game table layout, the locations of the numbers and the odds.

The player odds in Racetrack Roulette are better since players lose only 50% of their even-money wagers if the wheel stops on zero. This is known as the "La Partage" rule.

How to Play

Use your left mouse button to click on the value of the chip that you wish to wager. Then place the chip/chips on the roulette table by clicking on the desired betting area. You can regret a wagered chip before the game begins by clicking on the wagered chip with your right mouse button. You can also regret all your wagered chips by clicking the CLEAR button. When you have placed your bets, click the SPIN button to start the game round. Click SAME BET to repeat the bet from the previous round.

The Racetrack

The racetrack on the roulette table duplicates the roulette wheel, i.e. the order of numbers is the same. The racetrack offers an alternative way of placing chips on the roulette table. By selecting a chip value and clicking on the fields on the racetrack, chips are placed on the ordinary bet area on the table. The racetrack facilitates neighbour bets. Neighbour bets cover numbers located next to each other on the roulette wheel and thus numbers located next to each other on the racetrack. The racetrack also includes fields for four different announce bets. By selecting a chip value and clicking one of the announce bet fields, a number of chips of the selected value are placed on the ordinary bet area on the table, in accordance with the announce bet made.

1 Straight up A chip can be wagered on any individual number, including zero (0). The chip is placed directly on the individual number.
2 Split bet A chip can be wagered on any two adjacent numbers, by placing the chip on the line dividing the two numbers. Note that a chip can also be placed on the line dividing zero (0) and 1, 2 and 3.
3 Street bet Street bets cover three numbers. The chip is placed on the outer boundary line of the roulette table, next to the corresponding row of three numbers. Note that street bets can also be placed on 0,1 and 2 as well as 0, 2 and 3.
4 Corner bet Corner bets cover four numbers. The chip is placed on the cross where the four numbers intersect. You may also wager on 0, 1, 2 and 3 by placing the chip on the upper right boundary line of the roulette table between 0 and 3.
5 Line bet A line bet covers two street bets i.e. six different numbers in two rows of three numbers. The chip is placed on the outer boundary line of the roulette table, where it is intersected by the line dividing the two rows.
